Cutoff scores

Is there a cutoff or minimum score that medical schools have?  Also, will the schools look at rec. letters that have already been recieved when the application is submitted? Thanks!

Every school, of course, is different; however, schools post that there is no cutoff score.  Certainly you should be familiar with what students they tend to accept, but schools won't just drop everyone below a certain MCAT score.  Also, letters of rec will be read by the schools as soon as they receive them (or as soon as they begin working through your application, at any rate).
